10 Questions for Your End of Year Reflection
/The #10yearchallenge recently took social media by storm. So of course, we had to participate.
If you are unfamiliar with this challenge, let’s catch you up. On social media, people share a photo from 2009 next to a current photo from 2019. These photos were often captioned with a story of growth & learning ...or maybe just point out some terrible style from ‘09.
You’ll notice our 2009 photos are separate… because we didn’t know each other yet! We met just a few months into 2010. And now that we’re close to the end of 2019, we are realizing we’ve (nearly) spent this entire decade together.
Side Note: does anyone know what we are calling this decade?
While everyone is feeling retrospective with the year & decade coming to an end, we thought we would share 10 questions we use to kick start our year-end reflection!
What did you accomplish?
How did you grow?
What are you most thankful for?
What did you learn about yourself?
What lessons did you learn?
What were your greatest disappointments?
How were you hurt?
How were you healed?
What did you overcome?
What are you still working through?
We truly believe in setting time aside to thoughtfully spend time in reflection. In fact, we recorded an episode of our I Do, We Do podcast dedicated to “setting the mood” for reflection.
